SarvaLaxmi Ventures Private Limited is a technology-driven company building scalable digital products and infrastructure that power telecom operators, enterprises, and modern e-commerce ecosystems. Founded in 2017 by Harish S Agawane, our mission is to simplify connectivity and commerce through automation, AI-enabled design, and cloud-native platforms.
From next-generation fibre and broadband systems (FTTH/GPON) to cloud-based marketplaces and digital monitoring solutions, we bridge the gap between enterprise reliability and startup innovation. Our flagship platform ApnaDukaan.shop, launched in 2020, serves 100K+ users with ₹50M+ in transactions, alongside smart surveillance solutions and conference-room automation tools, all designed, built, and deployed entirely in-house.
We specialise in designing and deploying cloud-native e-commerce platforms, smart city & enterprise solutions, digital collaboration platforms, and network infrastructure design using modern stacks (React, Node.js, MySQL, AWS EC2/Lambda) and advanced architectures.

Founder & Director
Harish S Agawane is a telecom and IT professional with 23+ years of global experience, having worked with industry leaders including Cisco, Bharti Group, Alphion, Genexis, and UTStarcom. As Founder & Director of SarvaLaxmi Ventures, he leads a product-led technology venture focused on infrastructure, automation, and AI-driven commerce.
Under his leadership, the company has evolved from a research-driven initiative to transform India's digital connectivity landscape into a technology-driven company building scalable digital products and infrastructure. He established Shravani Group UK for strategic collaboration focusing on smart connectivity, digital marketplaces, and cloud-AI solutions.
